As Technical Coordinator and Specifications Writer of the firm, Scott serves as the in-house technical resource for construction detailing and specifications. As QA Manager, Scott reviews all contract documents for completeness, coordination and constructability.

Scott reviews all projects during the Concept Design Phase and works closely with the Project Architect to select project appropriate materials and systems. During his set-up of the Specification, Scott does a preliminary Quality Control check on the documents. Once the Specifications are complete, Scott re-reviews the drawings for conformance and performs, or establishes the procedures, for the final QA/QC Review. With an extensive background in complex projects, including damage assessments for FEMA after Hurricane Katrina, Scott has the experience to help coordinate any project type Hirsch Associates takes on.

Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture Degree at the University of Illinois, Urbana/ Champaign.
