Roosevelt Collection- Phase II Completing the Roosevelt Collection Planned Development, Phase II consists of a three-story parking base, adjacent to a raised railroad embankment and fronted by 4-story townhomes, effectively screening the base and providing a pedestrian scale to the new park created in the planned development. A 44-story tower rises up at the north end, angled to soften its impact on the skyline and to take advantage of the best views. A consistent glass and concrete expression and the use of angled forms tie the disparate scales of townhouse and tower together into a unified whole.
