Priory Estates When the Dominicans were looking to sell some of their excess land in River Forest, they asked Centrum Properties to put together a plan that would allow for the sale of a portion of their property while allowing them to continue to function efficiently. Hirsch Associates developed a Master Plan for the 30 acre property which included 23 lots for single-family homes; a public park for the community; football, baseball and soccer fields for the Catholic High School; and a new parking layout and contemplation garden for the Priory itself. In the end, the redevelopment energized the site and the community, providing different but complementary uses for this prime piece of real-estate.
