Located in River North at a curve in the “L”, 215 Hubbard is a modern glass, stone and metal office and retail building. Its gently curving North façade follows the elevated tracks and provides for more generous sidewalk space. The sloped roof, top floor setback and east facing balcony are expressed on the façade and provide a unique office environment for the corporate headquarters of a real-estate development company. The first two floors provide tall ceilings and lots of vision glass for showroom use while entries are expressed as stone and brick arches which relate to the adjacent masonry loft and warehouse nature of the neighborhood.
