Lofts at Roosevelt Collection named city's 'Best New Mid-Rise'
The Lofts at The Roosevelt Collection, a $900- million mixed-use residential and retail enclave in the South Loop, has been named Chicago's "Best New Mid- Rise" by New Homes Magazine, a Chicago-area new housing publication.

Scott Beebe was recently promoted from Senior Project Architect to Quality Assurance Director/Technical Coordinator and Specification Writer. In addition, he is a member of the Construction Specifications Institute and is a Certified Document Technologist.

Howard Hirsch was a judge for the 2007 Masonry Institute of Iowa Design Award Competition. His fellow judges were Cindy Muller and L. Ramu Ramachandran. The judging took place in the AIA Chicago office on August 16 th .
