A 23-story tower in the heart of the warehouse district, The Summit at Copper Square is the first new high-rise residential project in downtown Phoenix. Located across the street from Chase Field and U.S. Airways Center, the Summit is the anchor to the newly designated entertainment district. Designed to make an impact on the skyline, the Summit incorporates angled walls, eroded corners and a penthouse topped off with a large, cantilevered overhang. The colors, blue, terra cotta and ochre, represent the desert influences of sky, earth and sun, tying the building specifically into its locale. A parking base with first floor retail, clad in stone, anchors the building to its site providing for a rooftop plaza with infinity edge swimming pool.
