Main Street Market Place Main Street Marketplace is an "L" shaped multi-tenant retail building anchored by Qdoba Grill and Starbucks. The corner of the building, facing the primary intersection, is set back from the rest of the façade and topped with a standing seam metal roof. This setback allows for the adjacent tenants to have corner exposure, increasing their value. The roof provides three-dimensionality to the design, transitioning the building around the corner. Cantilevered steel frames support fabric awnings and clerestory windows provide more light and exposure into the tenant spaces. A bank on the adjacent property was designed of similar materials and colors to complete an integrated composition.
