Lakeview Collection This retail concept for the Lakeview Collection was developed after the mixed-use residential concept could not move forward due to economic conditions. This modern design of metal, glass and brick houses 42,000 sf of retail on the first floor, approximately 150 cars on the second floor (rooftop) and floats a 40,000 sf, two-story health club above. The result is a dramatic, glass façade with built-in graphic panels facing the six corners intersection of Belmont, Lincoln and Ashland. Access to the parking is located along Belmont while drive-thru facilities for a bank are located behind a CVS and under the parking deck. A community park provided for the neighboring residents is provided along Melrose to the north. The resulting design is a strong urban statement, holding the corner of a very important intersection and enlivening the street and being respectful to the neighborhood, all with a very modern vernacular.
