“Rolling up our sleeves” in order to best serve our Clients has been the hallmark of Hirsch Associates since our inception in 1994. We have fostered an office culture emphasizing Client responsiveness, excellence in design, thoroughness in technical detailing, and diligence during the construction process. Every Architectural project is unique and every Client has their individual goals. Our goal is to listen carefully, ask the right questions, increase our understanding, and provide creative and appropriate solutions.
Helping our Clients succeed is the only way that we can achieve our own success. Therefore, we consider ourselves “Partners” of our Clients, working together to reach our common objectives; and “Advocates”, to make sure our Client’s interests are advanced through all phases of the project. Every Client and project receives our full commitment, dedication and attention to detail.
Creating a compelling architectural image is one component in the design process, implementing that vision into a physical reality is another. Our task as Architects is to “lead” a team effort that can deliver this design vision, whether it is for a space, building or community, on time and within budget. To achieve this vision, Hirsch Associates provides the leadership and focus for the team and channels it into every phase and aspect of the project.
Hirsch Associates is able to provide our Clients with the support, expertise, technology and specialized services specifically required by each project. We have received accreditation in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED); are registered as Energy Professionals and for Self Certification of building permits by the City of Chicago; have developed in-house expertise in Accessibility Codes including ADA, IAC and FHAA; and utilize the latest in technology and software such as REVIT (BIM), Sketch-up and InDesign, to make sure we can respond effectively to whatever may be needed.
