Bradley Business Center Bradley Business center is composed of three single-story Office / Warehouse buildings on the north side of Chicago. Designed originally to accommodate light industrial and warehouse users with a minimal amount of office space, these pre-cast and steel buildings no longer met the market's need for greater amounts of finished office space. Hirsch Associates developed a prototype office plan for one of the buildings, which could easily be modified for individualized proposals submitted to possible tenants. Concept plans were generated for both Land of Nod and Skinny Corp. including interior and exterior renderings and plans showing how their operations could fit within the existing buildings. Each concept was developed based upon the desires of the particular user and their corporate identity.
