1555 N. Sheffield 1555 Sheffield is an eclectic mixture of one and two-story structures which were built over the years and combined into various restaurant and bar concepts. Included in the structure are high bays with saw tooth skylights with industrial cranes, a mezzanine basketball court with bowling lanes below, second floor offices and various construction types and materials. Hirsch Associates has provided numerous planning options for potential tenants, looking at ways to creatively use the diverse architectural elements available. A new exterior design has also been developed, trying to unify the disparate pieces yet still providing individual identity to each potential tenant.
